Ponds Femina Miss India 2004 today organized an interactive session with Dr. Jamuna Pai and the final twenty-nine contestants. As part of the session, Dr. Pai attended to contestants individually guiding each one of them based on their skin type.

The skin expert stressed on the importance of knowing the right products that suit the Indian skin. The contestants selected from amongst 6000 entries are currently undergoing a month long training session with the countrys best experts and trainers. The young ladies will be all set to take the stage on the grand finale on the 27th of March 2004 in Mumbai.

Dr. Jamuna Pai has been associated with the pageant as one of the core team members who for the past six years having groomed the contestants and prepare them for the grand finale.

Expressing her views on beautiful skin Dr. Jamuna Pai said, Beautiful skin can be described as radiant, happy and blemish free. Today, Indian skin tone is gaining much acceptance in the worldwide fashion industry. Indian girls are always considered a great combination of beauty and brains.

We are here just to enhance their beautiful selves and make them feel more confident before they confront the judges. Adding on to the importance of beautiful skin, Jamuna Pai elaborated, Beautiful skin is what gives the fresh look and sets the first impression.

The session is a part of the series of interaction between the aspiring beauty queens with experts, which includes former Miss India, former model, and other well-known personalities.

The past winners of this prestigious beauty pageant have moved on to become names to be reckoned but are also individual winners who continue to represent the face of the modern Indian woman.
