Mustela introduces Hydra Bebe Face & Hydra Bebe Body

Mustela USA is proud to announce the introduction of two new products to their line of pharmaceutical hair and skin care products for babies. New Mustela Hydra Bébé Face and Mustela Hydra Bébé Body, recently introduced in France, will be rolled out in the U.S. market this spring. Both new products were developed to hydrate baby's skin from head to toe on a daily basis.

Since it takes baby's skin two to three years to mature, their skin is not only dry, but it also absorbs products differently than adult skin does. Therefore parents must select products that are gentle enough for baby's delicate skin while effective enough to deliver the desired results.

Mustela Hydra Bébé Face and Mustela Hydra Bébé Body are safe enough to use on baby everyday, and like all Mustela products they are hypo-allergenic. Both products contain jojoba oil and sweet almond oil to nourish the skin and allow for long lasting hydration; shea butter to soften skin and restore the hydrolipidic film to baby's skin, and petrolatum to slow down water evaporation, preventing baby's skin from drying. Mustela Hydra Bébé Body is slightly thinner than Mustela Hydra Bébé Face to provide greater "glide" over baby's body. Both products penetrate immediately and leave baby's skin silky and smooth. If baby is exposed to the cold, Mustela Hydra Bébé Face can be reapplied.

For ease of use, Mustela Hydra Bébé Body is packaged in a non-breakable 10.1 ounce pump dispenser. Mustela Hydra Bébé Face is in a non-breakable 1.3 ounce elliptical tube and can be easily carried in the diaper bag. Mustela Hydra Bébé Body is available in the U.S. and has a suggested retail price of $12.50. Mustela Hydra Bébé Face will be available June, 2001 with a suggested retail price of $10.00.
