Washington-based training and consulting company VIP Innovations announces its recent affiliation with Mary Kay cosmetics. The groups are working together through a variety of workshops that focus on organizational- and self-improvement.

Not that Mary Kay needs much improvement: record sales of nearly $1.6 billion in 2002 and a business legacy 40 years and counting attest to the company’s success. And the local Mary Kay chapter is no exception to this rule of success. “The Mary Kay consultants in the No. Virginia-area are some of the most self-motivated and successful anywhere,” says Area Regional Mary Kay Director , Yvonne Garcia. “In fact, most of the consultants want to do so much that the only real problem they face is finding the time to achieve it all.”

Experts in the arts of time management and entrepreneurship, VIP Innovations is lending its services to help local Mary Kay consultants further improve time management skills and self-motivation.
